USAGE & TIPS

HOW TO USE: Start brushing your teeth with a dry toothbrush and toothpaste to polish off discolorations. Then, brush with water and toothpaste for an effective fluoride rinse. Hot water (boil, do not use directly from the tap) can sometimes work even more efficiently.
