Different countries have different apps to use to track their packages.
Most often, you add your mobile number and email address to the app, these you verify and you then receive notifications when your package has been shipped from the supplier and is on its way to you, as well as when it is available for pickup, sometimes it is also notified if it has been delivered to your mailbox.

The different apps have different functions to facilitate for you.
